About Us: Salem Web Network (SWN), the digital arm of Salem Media Group, is a leading provider of Christian, family-themed, and conservative content. We operate an array of influential podcast networks, including LifeAudio, Parthenon, and the Senior Resource Podcast Network, designed to inform, inspire, and engage dedicated listeners across a variety of genres.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Podcast Operations Assistant to join our dynamic podcast team. In this pivotal role, you will help manage and streamline the operations of our growing podcast networks. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain data integrity, assist with content scheduling, and manage communication workflows. If you have a passion for podcasting and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to impactful audio content, this is a great fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Podcast Operations Support: Assist with the day-to-day administration of podcast networks, including LifeAudio, Parthenon, and the Senior Resource Podcast Network.
• Project Management: Coordinate and track ongoing tasks and projects in Asana, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
• Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain important podcast data and analytics to help improve audio strategy of our podcasts.
• Content Scheduling: Support the team with podcast scheduling, managing Google Docs, and coordinating email newsletters.
• Template Creation: Aid in the creation and management of email templates for newsletters and promotions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the podcast management team to ensure timely delivery of content and seamless communication across all platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience using tools like Asana, Google applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for podcasting and a genuine interest in contributing to a mission-driven organization.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in podcasting or digital media operations is a plus but not required.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote candidates.
