Job summary

Gradient Financial Group — Luson Media seeks a proactive media coordinator to oversee podcast and video projects from concept to launch. You will partner with Financial Services Professionals, manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and serve as the main point of contact for inquiries.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in media, marketing, or project management, with strong organizational and communication skills, plus familiarity with audio/video production and Adobe Audition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in media relations, marketing, branding, or project management.
• Knowledge of professional audio/video production and broadcast processes.
• Experience with Adobe Audition and audio software.

Responsibilities

• Manage media programs from planning through execution.
• Coordinate media projects: scheduling, timelines, budgets, deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for Financial Services Professionals.
• Onboard and guide new professionals through programs.
• Prepare project estimates, manage billing, and liaise with vendors.
• Track progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
