Savant Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Podcast and Multimedia Producer to own our flagship podcast, develop editorial vision, recruit guests, and extend conversations across video, social, and written content. This role blends storytelling with executive coordination in a corporate environment, requiring independent ownership and collaboration with marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of podcast production, broadcast media, or multimedia production.
• Experience owning podcast or interview‑based content from concept to publication.
• Portfolio or published examples of production work.
• Strong audio editing and post‑production skills; video editing capabilities.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, interviewing, and research skills.
• Ability to develop show structure and guide conversations.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with executives and external partners.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful with backup plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the podcast from concept through publication, including editorial planning, guest development, scheduling, recording, editing, approvals, publishing and follow‑up.
• Build and manage a forward-looking editorial calendar, production workflow, and guest pipeline.
• Develop the structure and run of show for each episode, including themes, flow and questions.
• Prepare hosts and guests with briefing materials and production guidance.
• Record episodes using Riverside; publish and distribute content via Podbean and other channels.
• Troubleshoot technical concerns and coach remote guests.
