Job summary

Sfunio in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on Podcast Producer to manage end-to-end production for a growing slate of shows. The role covers concept through recording, editing, publishing and promotion, with a hybrid work model in a fast-paced network environment.

You will handle episode rundowns, talent coordination, video and audio editing, and YouTube publishing, while collaborating with social and marketing teams to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional podcast, video, television, radio or digital production experience.
• Strong video and audio editing experience.
• Experience producing content from pre-production through final publication.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio, including channel and episode management.
• Hands-on experience with podcast hosting and audio distribution platforms such as Spreaker or similar.
• Working knowledge of RSS feeds, episode publishing, podcast distribution and platform analytics.
• Proficiency with professional video and audio editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, podcasts and short-form digital content.
• Comfortable working directly with talent and executives.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shows and deadlines simultaneously.

We are building a multi-show podcast network and are looking for a hands-on Podcast Producer to help manage the end-to-end production of a growing slate of shows.

This role is ideal for someone who can take an episode from concept through recording, editing, publishing and promotion. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable working with talent, managing production and getting behind the edit.
