Job summary

Savant Wealth Management seeks an experienced Podcast and Multimedia Producer to own the flagship podcast from concept through publication. You will develop editorial vision, recruit guests, prepare hosts, manage recordings, edit and publish episodes, and extend conversations across video, social media, and written content.

The role requires strong storytelling, project management, and the ability to navigate stakeholder expectations within a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–5 years in podcast/ multimedia production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the podcast from concept through publication.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar, production workflow, and guest pipeline.
• Develop run of show, interview questions, and supporting research.
• Prepare hosts and guests with briefing materials and guidance.
• Record episodes with Riverside; publish and distribute via Podbean and other channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain a polished production experience.
• Research and recruit executives and experts as guests.
• Lead outreach and prep conversations with senior leaders.
• Develop compelling episode concepts and adapt content across channels.
• Identify strongest moments and repurpose into promotional assets.
• Collaborate with content and social teams to extend reach.
