Job summary

SMARTFOX is seeking an Operations & Data Delivery Program Manager to drive end-to-end data delivery and operational projects in a lab/office setting. You will bridge hardware, data pipelines, firmware, and science to ensure high-quality computer vision features meet product standards across releases.

This hands-on role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring L3/L4 staff to maintain schedule and quality.

Qualifications

3+ years managing cross-functional technical/operational projects end-to-end.
Experience partnering with engineering, data/science, and product teams.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage operational and data delivery projects end-to-end with TPMs once product requirements are concrete.
Assure feature quality and performance validation for person, vehicle, and motion detection against core product specs.
Track critical action items across release milestones, workstreams, and PLR, reporting to the lead Program Manager.
Lead cross-functional defect investigations across Firmware, Science, and Product teams.
Verify device data and video collection pipelines operate accurately within designated environments before collection.
Escalate operational risks, blockers, and quality discrepancies to key stakeholders.
Mentor and provide operational guidance to L3 and L4 team associates.
