Job summary

Roboflow is seeking a meticulous Operations Staff member for the Frontier Data team. You will own the delivery engine behind the datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs, translating fuzzy requirements into concrete specs and automating recurring tasks where possible.

You will work directly with researchers and engineers to shape data products, plan capacity across contributor and reviewer networks, and implement scalable processes that ensure quality is visible and consistently

Qualifications

• Experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
• Highly organized with strong judgment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Nice to have exposure to data labeling and ML training data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
• Build processes to make quality visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
• Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
• Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.
