Your Role
Foxtrot is seeking a Portfolio Lead who is a senior delivery leader responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts within a vertical. You are the primary owner of each client relationship in your portfolio. You will manage the engineers’ client work and projects assigned to those accounts, drive account expansion, and ensure every engagement runs on time, on budget, and at a level of quality that keeps clients coming back. This role requires someone who can operate comfortably at the executive level with clients while staying close enough to the work to know when something is off, perfectly balancing delivery execution, commercial growth, and team development across your accounts. You report to the SVP who owns the broader vertical, and you are the person they rely on to keep your segment healthy and growing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, holding full ownership of delivery quality, profitability, and client satisfaction across all of them.
• Build and manage the budget for your portfolio, taking direct responsibility for financial performance including gross margin and utilization of every project in your accounts.
• Drive process improvements and standard delivery methodologies across your portfolio to improve efficiency and reduce rework.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks at the portfolio level, whether that is a skill gap on a team, a scope issue on a project, or a client relationship that needs attention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-level and senior VP contacts.
• Develop and execute a 12 to 18 month growth strategy for each account, identifying opportunities where Foxtrot can deliver additional value.
• Lead contract renewals and scope change negotiations for your accounts, driving account expansion revenue year over year.
• Provide leadership and project direction for the engineers assigned to your portfolio.
• Share timely feedback and updates to Engineering People Leaders (EPLs) on Engineer performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the Palantir Foundry platform, including a solid understanding of its architecture, modules, and implementation patterns.
• 8+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or implementation delivery, with at least 4 years managing a portfolio of client accounts.
• Direct experience managing the financial performance of a book of business, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Experience managing and developing engineers and project managers in a project-based delivery environment.
• Strong commercial skills, including proposal development, scope negotiation, and contract management.

Preferred Experience

• US Government or Department of Defense Experience.
• Familiarity with Palantir AIP and the evolving AI capabilities within the Foundry ecosystem. Experience with forward deployment engineering models and the unique rhythm of embedding technical teams directly with clients.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
