You will own engagements, shape solutions with stakeholders, and drive adoption, ensuring high-quality delivery and sustained value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable consulting experience (Associate Director) or 7+ years (Senior Managing Consultant).
• Experience owning engagements, scoping work, leading teams, and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own engagements from proposal to handover with accountability for outcomes.
• Lead discovery, shaping solutions, and align priorities with technology and AI-enabled improvements.
• Assemble and mobilize the pod and secure internal talent for funded engagements.
• Own backlog priorities with client and team; balance value, feasibility, risk, and delivery capacity.
• Lead delivery across discovery, build, testing, and release with quality assurance and governance.
