Job summary

home-helpers-careers is seeking a dependable Area Care Tech (ACT) to support clients when regular staff are unavailable. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing top-quality care.

You will travel to client homes, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to continuity of care across multiple locations. Daily pay options are available and a flexible schedule is offered to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license preferred, or willingness to become PCA.
• Must be 18+ and able to travel to client homes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Current auto insurance and clean background check/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition.
• Respond quickly to client needs across assigned homes.

What We're Looking For:

• Age 18 or older
