Job summary

Home Helpers is seeking an Area Care Tech to support clients when regular staff are unavailable. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, and meal prep across multiple homes, delivering compassionate, consistent care.

Daily Pay available, flexible schedule, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, PTO, and advancement opportunities. Must be 18+, CNA/PCA preferred or willing to become PCA, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license preferred, OR willingness to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.

As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:

• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition


• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas

What We're Looking For:

• Age 18 or older

• Current auto insurance


• Clean background check and drug screening


• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
