Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care in Illinois is seeking an Area Care Tech (ACT) to provide dependable support across multiple clients. You will assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and care documentation.

This role offers variety and flexibility, weekly travel to client homes, and the ability to advance with training. Daily Pay is available, and CNAs or PCAs are preferred for the position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license preferred.
• Willing to become PCA if not licensed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance and clean background check.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care activities and report changes.
• Respond quickly to client needs across homes.

What We're Looking For:

• Age 18 or older
