Job summary

Home Helpers of AR is seeking a dependable caregiver to step in as an Area Care Tech (ACT) and support clients when regular staff are unavailable. This role suits experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing top-quality care.

We offer daily pay, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement. You will work across multiple client homes, assisting with personal care, mobility, housekeeping, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Active CNA or PCA license is preferred, or willingness to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance; clean background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers.
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Documenting care activities and reporting changes in client condition.
• Responding quickly to client needs across assigned homes.

What We're Looking For:
