Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is seeking a data entry associate to support production and sales. The role centers on entering and maintaining PO and production data in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will review orders, update POs, organize production documents, and collaborate with multiple teams. Proficiency in Excel and AMT ERP is a plus, with strong attention to detail essential.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time.
• Clear and effective communication across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer use.

Responsabilités

• Enter and maintain accurate PO and production data in the company system.
• Review order sheets, style information, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates for accuracy.
• Create and update POs based on approved order information and procedures.
• Compare information across order sheets, POs, factory confirmations, and production reports.
• Review shipping documents to enter dates in the order sheet in Excel.
• Log sample submissions in the Excel chart.
• Assist the Production team with daily administrative and data-entry tasks.
• Organize production-related documents (lap dips, fabrics, trims) in files.
• Identify potential production or data issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist the sales team by providing necessary information.
• Prioritize multiple orders and deadlines with high accuracy.
