Job summary

VIAVI Solutions Inc. in Germantown, MD seeks a Product Line Manager for Navigation and Timing (PNT) to drive market adoption of timing and networking solutions. Collaborate with PLM, R&D, and sales to translate customer needs into MRDs and manage the product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.

You will lead market analyses, engage customers, develop GTM content, and support cross-regional launches while aligning pricing and business models for defense, data center, and telecom markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• Strong ability to read datasheets, understand specs, and engage in technical discussions.
• Understanding of product development, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product roadmap development and MRD creation for defense, data center, and telecom markets.
• Present market trends and product recommendations to leadership.
• Support product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life and assist with pricing strategies.
