Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.

• Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing and lifecycle management.
• Creative approaches to customer engagement, competitive positioning and sales enablement.
• Collaborates across sales, engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product roadmap development and business case creation for growth opportunities in defense, data center infrastructure and telecommunications.
• Translate customer requirements into MRDs addressing significant opportunities.
• Present market trends and product recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support product lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life and pricing strategies.
• Engage with customers and partners to drive adoption and develop engagement strategies.
