Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Ability to read datasheets and discuss technical specs.
• Strong product development and lifecycle management knowledge.
• Creative thinker for customer engagement and sales enablement.
• Collaborates effectively across sales, engineering and operations.
• Understanding of P&L, market segmentation, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product roadmap and business cases for defense, data center, and telecom markets.
• Translate customer needs into MRDs and work with PLM and R&D.
• Present market trends and recommendations to leadership.
• Support product lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life.
• Assist with pricing strategy, business models, and go-to-market plans.
