Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a field-based Sales Representative for the PNS portfolio covering Tucson, AZ. You will work to meet/exceed sales goals by building strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and key stakeholders, driving product adoption and territory development.

The role emphasizes professional growth, reimbursement knowledge, and collaboration with surgeons. A bachelor’s degree is required, with preference for experience in neurology-related referrals and managed care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience calling on physicians in neurology, physiatry, oncology, internal medicine, or primary care preferred.
• Knowledge of reimbursement climate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to reach sales objectives.
• Develop relationships with physicians and hospital staff to foster a customer-centric culture.
• Coordinate hospital product approval processes and target accounts.
• Train surgeons and hospital staff; assist with cases and case studies.
• Utilize CRM systems to track contacts, activity and follow up.
• Attend periodic sales meetings and trade shows as needed.
