Essentia Health's St Marys - Detroit Lakes Clinic seeks a pediatric NP or PA to join a high-volume primary care team serving families in a lake country setting. You will provide well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, and adolescent health services while collaborating with a PNP and ten Family Medicine providers.

Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills, works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.
1.0 FTE, full-time status; 36 patient contact hours with hospital pediatric call rotation Mon-Fri from 8 am - 5 pm; mainly clinic hours with call rotation and occasional weekend coverage.

Compensation Range: $120,848.00 - $169,187.20
Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
