Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a dedicated nurse to join the Pediatric Nursing team. The role involves organizing and providing comprehensive nursing care across assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, with delegation to appropriate staff based on licensure and scope.

You will meet licensure requirements in the state of employment and hold BCLS and PALS certifications within specified timelines, with compensation and benefits aligned to experience and the needs of the pediatric

Education Qualifications

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

Licensure/Certification Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one year
