Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an experienced nursing instructor to join its nursing program. You will collaborate with faculty to prepare lectures, supervise clinical experiences, grade exams, and ensure accurate attendance and student records.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a BSN, and preferably a Master’s in Nursing; experience in teaching and clinical settings is required. You will help maintain program quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of teaching.
• Experience mentoring students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
• Knowledgeable about nursing sciences and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and grade examinations.
• Maintain attendance and grades records.
• Plan orientation for new faculty and supervise clinical experiences.
• Provide feedback on clinical performance after observations.
• Ensure clinical assignments meet student and facility needs.
• Stay current with nursing practice and safety requirements.
• Participate in faculty meetings and program committees.

BSN

MSN preferred

Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
