Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense, part of Elbit Systems, seeks a Program Manager for Program Management Excellence (PMX) to support bid, proposal, and planning phases. You will build robust program plans, PMBs, risk management, and provide on-demand training to project teams while juggling multiple projects with flexibility.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s in a technical field, PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and 8+ years in program management with defense-industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred with a strong engineering/ manufacturing background.
• PMI-PMP certification or equivalent is required/ preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desired.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across the program life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through proposal processes for program start-up excellence.
• Implement EVMS and provide enterprise-level training on processes.
• Lead risk identification workshops and support risk management implementation.
• Help analyze financial data including budgets, risks, and resources.
• Audit projects for adherence to plans and company standards; help implement corrective actions.
• Document best practices and share lessons learned across programs.
