Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a layout engineer for the PMU team in Austin, TX. You will deliver PDV clean layouts and work with circuit design to plan and optimize complex analog/mixed-signal layouts in deep SubMicron CMOS technologies.

You will interpret LVS/DRC/ERC, identify failure-prone structures, and ensure layouts meet stringent matching, area, and power requirements. You will collaborate with design, integration, CAD, and technology teams in a diverse, fast-growing environment that values

Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PDV clean layout for complex analog layouts in deep SubMicron CMOS technologies.
• Interpret LVS, DRC and ERC reports to optimize layout.
• Coordinate with circuit design teams to plan work and negotiate trade-offs.
• Utilize CAD tools to deliver robust layouts meeting matching, area and power targets.
