Job summary

Yale New Haven Health Services Corp. seeks an ITS Senior Project Manager PMO to partner with the CIO and lead project management across ITS, aligning technology opportunities with business strategy and risk management.

You will coordinate with clinical and operational leaders to develop comprehensive plans and ensure timely implementation of improvements. The role requires PMP certification and strong data analysis skills, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, governance, and staff

Qualifications

• Masters degree preferred; PMP certification required.
• Five years of experience preferred in healthcare or management consulting.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting required.
• PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-IT strategy development and solution discovery.
• Oversee strategic planning processes and annual business plans.
• Develop budgets for assigned projects and mentor junior staff.
• Communicate analysis to executives and stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate work of ITS project teams across departments.
• Travel to various sites as needed across the health system.
