Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking an experienced ITS Senior Project Manager PMO to lead the project management interface with ITS for business-IT strategy development, service management, risk management, and relationship cultivation across the organization.

You will work with the CIO and senior leaders to develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with the health system's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ITS, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• Five years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare or management consulting.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting required.
• 1–2 years of project management or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads ITS project management interface for business-IT strategy development and service management.
• Develops detailed project plans and budgets; mentors staff to ensure plan objectives are met.
• Communicates analysis and project status to executives and stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to guide strategic planning and execution.
