Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC is seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager to lead its admin and project management support team for the HHS Office of Acquisitions in Rockville, MD. The PM will oversee contract performance, deliverables, staffing, and serve as the primary Arlo point of contact with OA and ASFR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• Eight years of technical experience, including four years in project management for management and technical staff.
• Experience with ERP efforts and multimillion-dollar projects under Federal laws and procedures.
• PMBOK knowledge.
• PMP certification.
• Staffing, scheduling, and client interaction experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Rockville, MD and obtain HHS background check and PIV card.
• Ability to obtain Security clearance (Secret).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor's authorized point of contact with OA and ASFR, ensuring contract compliance and performance.
• Coordinate with the COR and Contracting Officer, escalating directions outside the contract scope.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified personnel; manage background investigations, PIV cards, NDAs, and required training.
• Coordinate staff coverage across Rockville, the Humphrey Building, and remote locations.
• Develop and submit the Management Plan for the PWS approach and staffing.
• Deliver Monthly Program Status Reports within 5 business days of monthly closeout.
• Prepare the Annual Progress Report with quality control, management effectiveness, timeliness, and cost control assessments.
• Implement quality control processes to meet PWS standards.
• Support accurate monthly invoicing by CLIN through IPP.
