Job summary

Arlo Solutions, Philadelphia, seeks a Program Manager to lead cybersecurity and information assurance efforts for NSWCPD Code 104. You will direct a team on-site, ensure RMF/A&A compliance, and coordinate with government stakeholders.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance, US citizenship, a STEM degree or PMP, and 10+ years of program management experience with 5+ years in information assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or PMP certification required.
• Ten years’ experience as a program manager leading IT teams.
• Five years’ experience in information assurance.
• Experience with DoD Information Assessment and Authorization (A&A) and RMF.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the overall program manager and primary interface with NSWCPD Code 104 customers.
• Plan and direct tasks; supervise on-site personnel and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Validate work products meet requirements and maintain compliance.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and critical path analysis.
• Coordinate RMF activities and RMF stakeholders; track risks and POA&Ms.
• Communicate program status to government stakeholders and maintain NAVSEA/DoD compliance.
