MYR Group, Inc. invites applications for a GSW PMO Solutions Engineer to join our Castle Rock, CO team onsite.

You will diagnose operational inefficiencies and co-create digital solutions, focusing on the Joulz platform and related Flutter/Dart, C#/.NET, and AKS components. In this role, you will build, automate, and maintain workflows and integrations across ERP, SharePoint, Salesforce, and PM tools, while leveraging AI/LLM capabilities and modern CI/CD practices to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience identifying problems and developing & implementing automation and application solutions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with version control (Git/GitHub) and rapid tooling (GitHub Copilot)
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience developing workflows and automations with Power Automate, other iPaaS/middleware (e.g., Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi), or fully custom API integrations
• Minimum 4 years of experience participating in the planning and implementation of a new enterprise software application, such as a CRM, ERP, or Project Management Software
• Minimum 2 years of experience or strong interest in AI/LLM development, including prompt engineering, working with models like GPT via APIs, or leveraging cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Power Virtual Agents)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PMO Solutions Lead to execute the PMO team's technical vision and automation strategy
• Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Joulz, Power Automate, and other scripting tools to reduce manual tasks
• Assist in the design and development of integrations between ERP, SharePoint, Salesforce and PM tools for seamless data flow
• Build and maintain custom solutions across the Joulz platform using C#, Dart/Flutter, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Operate and maintain Azure and Kubernetes (AKS) infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Flux CD deployments, and supporting Azure services
• Use AI coding assistants (Claude or GitHub Copilot) in development, documentation, and testing
• Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders and document solutions clearly
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and platforms aligned with team goals
• Translate business pain points into formal technical requirements for automation projects
• Maintain regular onsite presence at headquarters in Castle Rock, CO
