Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a PMO professional in Arlington, VA to support a large transformation program. You will maintain schedules, trackers, risk and issue logs, and prepare executive reports and dashboards. Travel up to 10% and ability to obtain Public Trust are required.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage documentation, and help analyze performance metrics to identify improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years' experience are expected.

• US citizenship required for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support program management, governance, reporting, and operational activities for a large transformation program.
• Maintain project schedules, action-item trackers, risk logs, issue registers, and status reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, executive briefings, meeting materials, and dashboards.
• Support governance meetings through agenda preparation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up coordination.
• Collect, analyze, and report program performance metrics and key project indicators.
• Assist with development of dashboards, data visualizations, and executive reporting products.
• Coordinate deliverables across project teams and support project documentation management.
• Track project risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support day-to-day PMO operations and reporting activities.
