Guidehouse PMO Analysts support the successful delivery of complex technology modernization and transformation initiatives by providing project management, governance, reporting, and operational support across the program lifecycle. They work closely with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects remain organized, informed, and aligned with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience supporting project management or PMO activities.
• Experience supporting project schedules, governance, reporting, or project controls.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, metrics, and governance materials.
• Support governance activities, including steering committee meetings and decision tracking.
• Coordinate reporting of project performance across multiple workstreams.
• Assist with resource planning and workload tracking.
• Support project financial management including budget tracking and funding reconciliation.
• Assist with documentation management and knowledge resources.
• Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and PMO best practices.
