Job summary

Quantam Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Oklahoma City, OK to join its PMO on a 12-month contract basis. You will lead complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, proficiency with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies, and strong knowledge of PMI PMBOK principles. MS Project expertise and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a formal Project Manager role.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of PMI principles, including PMBOK Guide.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to highly complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, scope, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to achieve objectives.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage changes.
• Prepare status reports and executives updates for PMO.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and drive continuous improvement.
