  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–15 years of project management experience, preferably within a PMO setting.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Follow and implement the PMO's standardized processes, methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor issues.
  • Allocate resources effectively with PMO support.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing updates.
  • Track progress, milestones, and deliverables, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure projects meet established standards and quality requirements.
  • Provide input and support for continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies.
