Job summary

HI-LEX North America in Battle Creek, MI seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the PMO and program management framework across large automotive development projects. You will coach cross-functional teams, drive gates, metrics, and product change control, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery from concept to launch.

The role requires 10+ years of program management in automotive, APQP/AIAG experience, and strong leadership skills to mentor plant and customer managers and align stakeholders

Qualifications

10+ years program management experience leading projects with OEM and Tiered customers.
Knowledge of APQP / AIAG tools, processes and documentation.
Experience coordinating across manufacturing centers and programs.

Responsibilities

Organize PM activities to meet PM department objectives.
Author, collaborate and support development of process, procedures, tools and templates to continue to improve PMOS.
Conduct and lead program gate audits for active development programs
Measure and Track metrics for the broader organization to establish proactive action
Indirect leader for cross functional project team to drive results through influential leadership.
