Job summary

Sundt Enterprise seeks a Project Controls Support Specialist to join the PMO. You will help develop and maintain organizational process assets, knowledge bases, and governance systems to support core business functions.

The role emphasizes analyzing usage metrics, coordinating with IT for system improvements, and producing training content for PMO improvement projects. Strong SharePoint governance and admin skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with corporate intranets, web apps and databases.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze usage metrics for process improvement opportunities using Lean methods.
• Coordinate with IT for design and implementation of process and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SMS Governance and SharePoint Site Collections.
• Create and deliver training content for PMO improvement projects.
• Monitor and audit Site Collections to ensure cross-linking and governance compliance.
• Report Site Collection metrics to the PMO and perform admin tasks as assigned.
• Manage SharePoint Site Collections for Sundt Management System and PMO sites.
• Support PMO collection of organizational assets and information.
