Job summary

Sundt-2 is seeking a Project Controls Support Specialist to join the PMO. The role coordinates with PMO staff, IT, and other units to develop and maintain organizational process assets, knowledge bases, and governance-driven content.

The position emphasizes training content creation, site collection administration, and continuous process improvement using Lean methods and metrics analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with corporate intranets, web applications and databases.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze usage metrics for business systems to identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with IT staff for design and implementation of enhancements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for governance and SharePoint.
• Create training content and learning resources for improvement projects.
• Monitor Site Collections for consistency, cross-references, and version history.
• Report site performance and status to PMO on a timely basis.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
• Support PMO for collection and organization of organizational process assets.
