Job summary

Sundt is seeking a Project Controls Integration Analyst to support its Transportation division in North Phoenix, AZ. The role blends programming, data visualization, and construction project controls to drive project success across four regions.

On-site position, showcasing Sundt’s employee-owned culture and commitment to growth. The candidate will handle cost tracking, scheduling support, and reporting using data tools including Tableau and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience in construction project controls or cost analysis is preferred.
Certifications like Primavera P6, Tableau, and data visualization are a plus but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Verify project quantities, costs, and takeoffs for accuracy.
Develop and maintain databases for tracking construction projects.
Review monthly billing and payments data for accuracy.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Create EAC and project reports using Tableau and Power BI.
Assist in building and updating schedules cost-loading with ERP systems.
Provide technical support for lnEight, P6, MS Project, MS Access, and MS Office.
