Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Controls Support Specialist to work in the PMO. The role focuses on supporting and coordinating with PMO staff and other units for development and maintenance of organizational process assets, knowledge bases, and related systems.

Responsibilities include leveraging Lean methods to improve processes, coordinating with IT for enhancements, and maintaining governance-compliant documentation and training materials for PMO initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with corporate intranets, web applications & databases.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze usage metrics for business systems to identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with IT staff and consultants for design and implementation of process and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for SMS Governance and SharePoint Site Collections.
• Create training content and learning resources for PMO improvement projects.
• Monitor Site Collections for content coordination, links, and metadata; ensure governance compliance.
• Monitor Site Collection usage and report status to PMO.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
• Serve as SharePoint Site Collection Administrator for PMO content and libraries.
