Job summary

Public Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a proactive Program Manager to join the PMO Office in NYC, guiding data modernization and grant-funded initiatives with strong PMO discipline.

The role requires coordinating across PMO, Solution Directors, Project Managers and Product Managers to ensure successful proposals, contracts and ongoing governance. The position blends policy development, metrics tracking and risk management with a hybrid work schedule and generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO office and PMO Analyst role with project documentation and metrics.
• Excellent written and oral communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with initiative.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PMO Director with policies, metrics and templates for monitoring.
• Manage all phases of the project development process.
• Collaborate with Solution Directors, Project Managers and Product Managers on renewals and funding categorization.
• Ensure project documentation is current and accurate.
• Generate KPI reports and monitor resource capacity and project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to align the process with PMO standards.
• Develop criteria to identify and mitigate project risks and track resolutions.
