Job summary

Blu Omega is seeking a Project Manager to support a federal health data modernization program in a hybrid work environment in Chamblee, GA. You will coordinate project plans, manage Agile delivery, and communicate with stakeholders to keep multiple projects on track.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and at least four years of full life cycle project management experience for complex technical initiatives, plus strong Jira, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of full lifecycle PM experience for complex technical initiatives.
• Experience producing project plans, schedules, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Managing multiple complex projects with diverse staff levels.
• Hands-on experience engaging with cross-disciplinary teams (Technical, Functional, SME).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and tasks using Jira and approved documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and track action items.
• Coordinate project documentation, including charters, deliverables, and meeting materials.
• Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking; communicate blockers promptly.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor quality and completeness of project outputs prior to submission or handoff.
• Support Agile practices by coordinating backlog updates and Jira hygiene.
• Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned.
