Job summary

RH Aero Systems, based in Mason, Ohio, seeks a Manager of the Program Management Office to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to implementation. You will define requirements, priorities, and roadmaps, align stakeholders, and guide teams to deliver on business outcomes.

Requires 5+ years in program or project management, strong governance knowledge, and ability to drive change across global teams. Bachelor’s in business or related field; Agile certification preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program, project, or product management.
Experience leading transformation initiatives within global organizations.
Strong knowledge of project management practices and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
Define project and product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and outcomes.
Turn stakeholder needs into practical plans and effective solutions.
Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and changing priorities.
Monitor KPIs and project outcomes to measure success.
