Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in portfolio analysis, PMO, analytics, or related work.
• Experience with project and portfolio management practices and tools.
• Strong analytical, data management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to evaluate/apply new technology including AI and automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Enable PMO processes, tools, reporting, and project/portfolio management practices.
• Maintain accurate portfolio data and use PMO systems like OnePlan.
• Translate project data into portfolio-level visibility for leadership.
• Partner with Finance to incorporate forecasts into portfolio reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and leadership reporting.
• Support portfolio governance, planning, and visual management.
• Collaborate across functions to align tools, data, and reporting with enterprise initiatives.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency.
