Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and pilot new processes with support from program managers and executive leadership.
• Proven experience as a project/program analyst or coordinator.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills to ensure critical project and technical information is accurately captured and transmitted.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with data capturing, formatting and filtering; including formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating dashboards and status decks.
• Solid critical thinking abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Project Data Management & Analysis: Capture, organize and provide summary analysis of project data including Government RFQ information, supply-chain data, product information and cost, schedule and quality data.
• Review of Technical Documentation and RFQ Packages: Review and transfer BOMs from customer documents into Excel templates and report on data fields.
• Scheduling and Timelines: Update Excel and MS Project schedules and monitor progress.
• Documentation and Reporting: Generate meeting minutes and reports; update trackers and dashboards.
• Communication: Act as a central contact for vendors and stakeholders, documenting critical information.
• Task Management: Track and coordinate tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and escalate to the program manager as needed.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, schedule meetings and distribute minutes.
