Job summary

CU Boulder is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to support the PMO in Research & Innovation. This 50% time, hybrid role coordinates workflows, processes, and reporting to enable project and program management across the university.

The PMO Coordinator works with the PMO Director to scale services, manage data quality, and ensure efficient office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who builds systems and improves processes in a growing, research-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting office operations, business operations, project coordination, administrative functions, or related work.

Responsibilities

• Support daily PMO operations and reporting to enable program delivery.
• Coordinate workflows, office priorities, and intake processes for PMO services.
• Develop, maintain, and improve PMO dashboards and operational metrics.
