Job summary

The Suddath Companies in Jacksonville, FL seeks a PMO Manager to establish and maintain a formal PMO framework, ensuring consistent governance and execution across Contract Logistics projects. This role blends hands-on leadership with managing PMO resources and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Leadership, or related field.
• PMO experience required with PMP certification.
• Experience in Agile project management teams preferred.
• Strong people-management and mentoring capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, ProjectManager, JIRA and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the PMO framework with standardized processes and governance.
• Lead project intake, scope, resources, and cross‑functional engagement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Solutions for feasibility and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end projects including milestones, risks, and communications.
