Job summary

Suddath Companies in Jacksonville, FL seeks a PMO Manager to establish and maintain the PMO framework across Contract Logistics projects, ensuring consistent governance, processes, and execution.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Solutions, Legal, Finance and IT to define project requirements, structure workflows, and lead large-scale initiatives to successful completion while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; PMP certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with large-scale projects.
• PMO experience and leadership preferred; agile experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the PMO framework with standardized processes.
• Lead project intake, prioritization, and scope definition across functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage end-to-end projects including milestones, risks, and communication.
• Provide insights and status updates to senior stakeholders.
