Job summary

Nova Space Solutions, LLC is seeking a PMO Supervisor to lead construction management, project management, configuration coordinators, and project controls within the Engineering Services Department at NASA Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.

You will coach teams, drive process improvements, monitor performance, and ensure reporting. A BS in engineering/construction/business, 10–15 years EPC experience, and PMP/PMBOK familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or business management from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10–15 years EPC project management experience.
• 5–10 years personnel management experience.
• U.S. citizenship and NASA badge eligibility.
• Ability to communicate in English; valid driver’s license; pass background/drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction management, project controls, and PM teams.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and hiring processes.
• Provide training and ensure access and credentials for staff.
• Deliver data-driven reports and communicate project status to the customer.
• Ensure governance and adherence to PMO standards.
