Nova Space Solutions, LLC (NSS) is seeking a Project Manager in the Michoud Assembly Facility, New Orleans, LA to oversee day-to-day project activities. The PM will manage scope, schedule, cost, technical requirements, and quality, with support from the PMO team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, technology, business, or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 1 year experience managing successful EPC projects.
Must be a U.S. Citizen in order to obtain required NASA badge.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Maintain overall responsibility for a project.
Lead Scope of Work (SOW) development and define scope for estimates, schedules, and budgets.
Lead Project Management Plan (PMP) development when required.
Ensure an adequate communication plan is developed and adhered to.
Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to meet milestones.
Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure required meetings occur regularly.
