Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain NASA badge.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Experience with project coordination and cost tracking.
• Familiarity with proposal document assembly and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track day-to-day engineering project activities at NASA Stennis Space Center.
• Support development, organization, and assembly of proposal documents.
• Maintain and update engineering service requests with estimates, scope, and dates.
• Serve as engineering point of contact for work control and status updates.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules, and milestone reporting.
• Assist with scheduling inputs and resource coordination across teams.
• Ensure project documentation standards and version control, and support training.
