  • Track program milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items across multiple workstreams and ensure timely closure through structured follow-up.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders, business teams, technology teams, product owners, architects, SMEs, testing teams, and delivery leadership to drive alignment on scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
  • Support planning and execution of US Wires implementation activities including Fedwire, CHIPS, payment processing, operations workflows, exception handling, reporting, and regulatory readiness.
  • Lead status reporting for executive leadership, including weekly status reports, dashboard updates, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and governance meeting materials.
  • Manage change control processes by tracking scope changes, impact assessments, approvals, and implementation alignment across project teams.
  • Facilitate project planning workshops, workstream deep-dive sessions, backlog reviews, readiness checkpoints, and sign-off discussions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure program adherence to delivery methodology, quality processes, documentation standards, audit expectations, and client governance requirements.
  • Drive proactive risk mitigation and escalation management to ensure that program commitments are met with minimal schedule, cost, or quality impact.
Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with banking clients, technology vendors, product teams, and distributed onsite-offshore delivery teams.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models, including sprint planning, backlog tracking, release planning, testing cycles, and implementation governance.
  • Ability to prepare high‑quality executive dashboards, governance decks, project plans, action trackers, readiness checklists, and status reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and escalation management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other program reporting or collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent program/project management certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience in US banking, payments modernization, ISO 20022 migration, wire transfer platforms, or core banking/payment hub implementation will be an advantage.
  • Experience supporting regulatory, audit, operational readiness, and production cutover governance for mission‑critical banking platforms.
