PMO Lead - Procurement & Finance Integration
We’re looking for a hands‑on PMO Lead to shape the PMO approach for a large‑scale global Req-to-Pay (R2P) transformation and bring it to life. This is a foundation‑building role focused on creating the structure, processes, and governance needed to bring procurement and finance operations into alignment across multiple regions.
The challenge is global, connecting people, processes, data, and systems across regions with different ways of working. The goal is to be a well‑run program with clear priorities, strong communication, visible progress, and effective governance, allowing delivery teams to stay focused on outcomes rather than administration.
Responsibilities
- Set the PMO strategy for the program: how to run cadence, reporting, decision‑making, and escalation across a global, cross‑functional portfolio, then stand it up.
- Run the program office day‑to‑day: RAID logs, action tracking, financial view, and a portfolio view across all R2P workstreams.
- Coordinate across pillars and regions, Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, and FP&A, to keep dependencies visible and workstreams aligned.
- Set up and maintain the governance rhythm: steering committees, working groups, decision logs, escalation paths.
- Track program‑level risks, issues, and dependencies globally; accelerate early and follow through until resolved.
- Build a clear, honest view of progress, blockers, and financials, and communicate it to the program lead and sponsors.
- Support workstream leads with structure, templates, and follow‑through so delivery does not slip through the cracks.
- Help shape governance and ways‑of‑working artifacts (RACIs, cadence models, reporting standards) that will outlast the engagement.
Ideal Experience
- College degree preferred with 5-7 years of PMO, program coordination, or operational program management experience, including leading a cross‑functional, multi‑region program office.
- Able to define the PMO strategy and drive execution, build the model and run it.
- Strong at creating structure without becoming a bottleneck; highly organized and proactive with follow‑up.
- Comfortable navigating different regional processes and stakeholder needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to deliver clear updates to senior stakeholders.
- Energized by building new foundations rather than maintaining BAU; comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, technical environment.
- Familiarity with Req‑to‑Pay (R2P) processes, including POs, invoices, supplier onboarding, and financial data.
- Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence, including using them as program management tools.
- Experience with change management, adoption, or communications.
- Exposure to Databricks, Tableau or Power BI, and MS 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Visio).
